Water Resources and the Town of Champlain. Prepared case study of the Town of Champlain, New York on behalf of The Lake Champlain Management Conference to illustrate the complex connections between the town's water resources and its economy. Explored the potential impact of a Lake Champlain Water Pollution Prevention and Control Plan on the town's future economic opportunities

Institutional Arrangements Study. Yellow Wood Associates, Inc. provided project management and conducted research on behalf of the Lake Champlain Management Conference to recommend possible alternatives, modifications and/or enhancements to existing institutional and funding arrangements that would enhance the potential for long-term basin-wide management of Lake Champlain. Project participants included Cornell University and The Conservation Law Foundation.

Westford, Vermont. Yellow Wood worked with Stone Environmental to assess options for water supply and wastewater treatment in the rural town of Westford, Vermont's town center. Yellow Wood prepared a Wastewater Feasibillity Study Survey for landowners in the town center and provided training to the Westford Wastewater Committee on conducting a survey pre-test. Yellow Wood finalized the survey instrument with input from the Committee's pre-test. The survey included a fact sheet on Vermont's water supply and wastewater regulations.
