Within this session Yellow Wood Associates worked with a diverse group of eleven nonprofit organizations within Central Minnesota. Each group was asked to identify a specific goal related to their organization at which time we facilitated them through the You Get What You Measure® process helping them to identify the key leverage indicators needed to help them make progress towards their individual goals and to begin the process of creating measures and actions steps that would allow them to move their organizations in the desired direction.
