What you measure IS what you get! Melissa Levy presented this webinar to the National Good Food Network on January 20, 2011. The webinar presented a taste of the acclaimed You Get What You MeasureĀ® planning process. Participants learned crucial measurement vocabulary and how to develop goals and involve stakeholders in the process of measurement. You Get What You MeasureĀ® is a facilitated group process developed by Yellow Wood Associates which integrates systems thinking into strategic planning, identifies key leverage indicators and aligns actions to achieve goals. This inclusive, values-based strategic planning and evaluation process, which the National Good Food Network itself has used, identifies indicators and develops measures of progress. The webinar showed how this powerful tool for personal and organizational development, reflection and learning can be used to vault Good Food work to new heights.
